Chairman
Dr. Robert D’Alessandro LL.M, LL.D, MSt(Oxon).
Admitted to the Malta bar in 1993, Robert worked in Malta’s offshore industry, before his election in 1995 as President of Brussels-based ELSA International. After completing postgraduate studies in Oxford, he worked for Clifford Chance’s in London and then Amsterdam, before returning to Malta in 1999 as tax partner with Cefai & Associates, where he co-founded DALTRUST Nominee Ltd., which today is Malta’s second largest trust company, accounting for 12% of all Maltese trusts. As Chairman of the network, his regular visits to Hungary, Italy, and Romania since 1989 have established significant regional professional and brokerage contacts.

Neil Crossey
Neil began his involvement in financial services in 1994, working in the UK life insurance market, and in particular developing group pension schemes, before becoming an accredited Stock Broker at the Malta Stock Exchange in 1999. As Managing Director of C R E D A L Crostrade Ltd., the network’s trading arm for commodities and precious metals, Neil is now also responsible for Real Estate operations, giving special attention to Malta and UK High net worth &
commercial properties.

Stephen D’Alessandro M.A.(Marktg.),B.A.(Hons.)Bus.Mang.,.
After graduating in 1984 with a degree in Business Management, Stephen founded TRADECLUB International, a multidisciplinary service organisation functioning as a private chamber of commerce. Focused on executive development, and M&A services, he is also a member of the adjunct faculty at the Maastricht School of Management, lecturing regularly in Asia, on management control systems and entrepreneurship, as part of the international executive MBA programmes.

Director for e-trading
Dr. Nemanja Nikolic , (LL.D.) .
Nemanja graduated in 1996 from Belgrade Law School, and immediately went into the family publishing business, and e-publishing. In 1999 he co-founded E-Business Ltd, to concentrate on internet marketing applications, SMART card systems integration, and credit card secure payment gateways, with special interest in m-commerce, e-commerce, and digital rights management.

Mrs. Diane Xuereb
Trained in book keeping and IT, Diane is responsible for office management, and communication between the network’s international team of experts, support staff and clients. She also heads our accounting team, liasing between clients, banks, our IT department and auditors.
